Some 20 years before FIFA established the Women's World Cup, Mexico hosted an unofficial women's football tournament in 1971 which drew teams from across the globe. Teams flocked from around the globe to take part in a tournament that packed out the enormous Azteca Stadium. Anecdotes from the players and lively archive footage make this groundbreaking moment a pitch-perfect story that’s taken five decades to tell.
