Overview
While a pregnant woman awaits the arrival of her new baby, catastrophic floods start to submerge Britain. The soon-to-be-familyβs London home now uninhabitable, the mother, father and baby seek refuge outside of the city. But the disaster is only just beginning. Mahalia Belo and Alice Birchβs adaptation of Megan Hunterβs apocalyptic novel is a haunting yet beautiful survival story, powered by an outstanding, poignant and naturalistic performance by Jodie Comer.
