Overview
Enigmatic young Melina has fallen in with a group of Chelsea beatniks, catching the attention of the gang’s defiant leader (Oliver Reed). But their wild and drunken partying is to have dark consequences. The Party’s Over was written by Marc Behm (Help!), with music by John Barry and directed by Guy Hamilton (Goldfinger). A controversial film which fell foul of the British censors at the time.
This title is also available on DVD / Blu-ray in the BFI’s Flipside collection.
