Harwich and Walton at Easter
Clearly a family with sea legs, the Wing family from Essex visit Harwich and Walton at Easter time for idling and sailing. Home movie by accomplished amateur filmmaker Ron Wing.
From the collection of:

Overview
Family days at Easter time, captured by Ron Wing, an active member of the Institute of Amateur Cinematographers. In this home movie, there are a few unofficial 'captains', notable from a cap or a pipe; both Walton and Harwich quite literally being the perfect haven for them. The family are lucky to have sunny but windy weather, perfect for sailing, although idling at the harbour looks to be an inviting activity also.
