Lyons Maid Lolly Gobble Choc Bomb
Animated advert for the much loved strawberry ice lolly, with chocolate and sugar balls and a chocolate bar inside!
Overview
There’s nothing cooler than owning a Lyon’s Maid Lolly Gobble Choc Bomb, back in the 70s this ice-lolly treat commanded respect from fellow kids on the walk home from school. You’d done well if you had one of these. The poem was nearly as cool as the actual lolly… A lolly gobble choc bomb is strawberry flavour ice, topped with chocolate sugar balls so it tastes extra nice, with a lolly gobble choc bomb you get a big surprise, it’s a Lyons Maid ice lolly with a bar of choc inside! With a certain radioactive look about it now – unsurprisingly this one is no longer made today.
