Toboganning
Hitting the north London slopes for some snow-filled excitement
Overview
Londoners are out in force enjoying the wintry delights of the snowy slopes of a north London park. It's February 1917, WWI is showing no signs of ending and winter has been unusually harsh, so some fun and games on a sunny winter’s day is a well-deserved break from those bleak times. Men, women and children - and even a few soldiers - risk life and limb on sledges and toboggans as they take advantage of the weekend's snowfall. Even a few dogs try to get in on the action!
We haven't not been able to identify the park in question, but records indicate that it's in north London.
